Job Title: Chat Process Executive
Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Location: Gurugram
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer support via live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
Handle multiple customer chats concurrently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Troubleshoot customer issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
Document customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is captured in the system.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product/service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including chat response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction scores.
**Requirements**:
2 to 4 years of experience in a chat process role.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Experience in handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
A customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing excellent service.
Familiarity with chat support tools and CRM systems is an advantage.

Ability to manage stress and perform well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
