We are currently expanding our team and seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative for our Chat Support team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries.
- Work during the night shift hours to support our global customer base.
- Maintain a high level of alertness and attentiveness during the night hours.
- Collaborate with customers across various chat platforms to deliver consistent and effective support.
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services to provide detailed and relevant information to customers.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step guidance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
- Provide insights and feedback on common customer issues.

**Requirements**:

- Must have **2-3 years of previous experience in customer service**, with a focus on chat support.
- Ability to **work during the night shift hours**, including weekends.
- Should have working knowledge of the **Freshchat platform.**:

- Must have **proficiency in written English.**:

- **Excellent communication skills** with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- **Tech-savvy** with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms.
- **Strong problem-solving skills** and a proactive approach to customer issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
