
Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Phone and Chat Sales Representative to join our onsite team. In this role, you will engage with customers through phone and chat to provide information, promote our products and services, and close sales. This is an entry-level position, and no prior sales experience is required, as we offer full training to help you succeed.
**Responsibilities**:
Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as chat inquiries.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending the right products or services.
Assist customers throughout the sales process, answering questions and providing support to ensure a smooth transaction.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
Keep accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to share sales strategies and insights.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and tools.
Preferred:
0-1 years of experience in sales or customer service (not required).
Familiarity with CRM systems or online sales platforms is a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate.
Potential for performance-based bonuses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
