**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead & Supervise the real estate sales team, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the vacancy and pricing of existing assigned projects.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- To Monitor Lead engagement, conversion of leads to site visits through assigned team and achieving monthly sales targets of the team members.
- To support IT team/ different advertising agencies to advertisement of different assigned projects social media and property portals.
- To handle internal CRM to generate different reports as required by top management
- To generate reports on sales activities with current and futuristic benchmark for the top management
- Assigned database of prospective/ interested leads to tale calling team and follow up
- To send site visit, booking mails, activity report and progress report to different builders
- All required MIS reporting to the management
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in CRM or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of **customer segmentation, analytics, and lifecycle marketing**.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Proficiency in **data analysis** and reporting.
- Excellent **communication and project management skills**.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives across multiple departments.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in **B2B or B2C industries**.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., MailChimp, Marketo).
- Strong understanding of **customer experience (CX)** and its impact on business growth.
