**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive (CRM - English Speaker)

**Location**: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (On-Site)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000/month
**Reports To**: Sales and Marketing Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent, clear, and professional communication.
- Proactively manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns in a timely manner.
- **Sales Support & Communication**:

- Assist the sales team by nurturing customer relationships and maintaining seamless communication between clients and the company.
- **Government Project Coordination**:

- Support and manage communications and dealings related to government projects, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Work alongside marketing teams to coordinate efforts, ensuring alignment with sales goals and timely project execution.
- **Client Communication & Response Management**:

- Respond to client inquiries, providing excellent service and maintaining high standards of customer communication.
- Take responsibility for ensuring customer feedback is acted upon promptly.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Manage and maintain detailed records of client communications, contracts, and sales reports.
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports on client relations and business progress.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any degree
- **Experience**:

- Experience in client communication or customer relationship management is a plus.
- Experience in the BPO sector is desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Verbal fluency in English is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to manage customer relationships efficiently.
