**Job Title: Global CRM (Female Only)**
**Location: [Mancheshwar, Bhubaneswar]**
**Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 [Monthly]**
**Full-Time | Immediate Start Preferred**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute, and optimize global CRM strategies across multiple regions and platforms
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data integrity and usability
- Analyze customer data and behavior to segment audiences and tailor messaging
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM efforts with business goals
- Generate and present performance reports with actionable insights
- Ensure GDPR and global data privacy compliance
- Lead training and onboarding for regional teams on CRM tools and best practices

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of proven experience in a CRM-focused role, preferably on a global scale
- Strong proficiency with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- **Fluent in English, both written and verbal** - strong communication skills are a must
- Experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign automation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
