Swain Aluminium Private Limited is looking for a motivated CRM Trainee to join our team in Bhubaneswar. As a CRM Trainee, you will support the CRM department in managing customer interactions, maintaining CRM systems, and contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management within the aluminum industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction Support**:

- Provide information about products and services and ensure a positive customer experience.
- **CRM System Assistance**:

- Help in maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system.
- Support data entry and ensure that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Reporting and Data Analysis**:

- Assist in generating and analyzing CRM reports to support sales and marketing activities.
- Track customer interactions and provide insights to improve customer engagement strategies.
- **Sales and Marketing Support**:

- Support the sales team with lead management and follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing campaigns and customer outreach programs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Contribute to building and maintaining strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
- Gather customer feedback and work with the team to address any concerns or suggestions.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Participate in training sessions to learn about CRM best practices and company-specific processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and CRM tools to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Language **:Telugu, Hindi, Odia, English
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
