Position Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Trainee to join our team This entry-level position is perfect for fresh graduates who want to learn about AI technology while developing sales and marketing skills. Your main responsibility will be generating leads and connecting with potential clients who could benefit from our AI solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation (Main Focus)

  • Find and contact potential clients who need AI solutions for their business
  • Use social media, email, and phone calls to reach out to prospects
  • Keep track of leads using our CRM system
  • Follow up with interested prospects regularly

Learning & Support

  • Learn about our AI products and services through training
  • Help prepare simple presentations and proposals
  • Attend client meetings with senior team members
  • Assist with social media posts and marketing content

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing/Business preferred but not required)
  • Fresh graduates welcome - no prior experience needed
  • Internship experience is a plus but not mandatory

Skills You Need

  • Good communication skills (speaking and writing)
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet, social media)
  • Willingness to learn about AI and technology
  • Friendly personality and ability to talk to people
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
