Business Executive/ Sales Executive

**1.Sales Development**
- Identify and acquire new clients including doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporate clients, and wellness partners.
- Promote diagnostic packages, lab services, preventive health checkups, or hospital services based on the organization’s offerings.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and digital outreach.

**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, corporate HRs, and key decision-makers.
- Act as a point of contact for client needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.

**3. Marketing & Promotion**
- Organize health camps, seminars, awareness drives, and branding events in collaboration with hospitals, corporates, and societies.
- Support execution of marketing campaigns (print, digital, and outdoor).
- Assist in the distribution of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and health plans.

**4. Target Achievement**
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance using tools like CRM or reporting sheets.

**5. Market Intelligence**
- Keep track of competitor offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Share market feedback with management for strategy improvement.

**6. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain detailed records of visits, calls, leads, and deals.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
