**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and drive growth in the Education Management sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients within educational institutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in schools, colleges, and universities.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the educational market.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the Education Management industry.
- Strong understanding of educational products, services, and solutions tailored for various learning environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve sales objectives and enhance organizational growth.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that successfully drive revenue and expand market presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
