**Position: Sales and Marketing Executive**
- **Location**: Visakhapatnam
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing
- **Salary**: Competitive + Attractive Incentives
- **Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and qualify leads through networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
- Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and present MVV Builders' projects effectively.
- Conduct site visits and provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of the properties.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Utilize digital platforms and CRM tools for lead management.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Must be fluent in Telugu, and English languages
