**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, newsletters, and social media posts.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Support the management of customer databases and assist in lead generation efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
