We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive our growth in the **Visakhapatnam**, **Rajahmundry**, **Srikakulam**, and **Vizianagaram** regions

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals and increase market share.
- Manage and nurture client relationships through effective lead management and personalized engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving the sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with demonstrated expertise in client lead management and sales closure.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in Solar Products and Renewable Energy would be a plus.
