Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific services.
- Will be responsible for renewing support contract for both subscription & perpetual software. Preparing and issuing high volumes of renewal quotes to customers with minimum 90 days before expiration, oversee the contracts until activation while handling customer queries and internal queries.
- Creating renewal quotes and accurately process customer transactions.
- Present pricing and terms in accordance with standard procedures of organisation.
- Ensure high levels of Data-Quality and Data Clean-up through admin processes.
- Maximize renewal revenue through correctly identifying, up-selling & cross-selling opportunities within dedicated client base in assigned.
- Identify “at-risk” renewal clients early in the cycle, define issues inhibiting a successful, timely renewal, and ensure high volumes of customer retention.
Collaborate across internal LOB’s to achieve objectives
- Develop strategies to achieve assigned sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate forecast activities for assigned regions in the CRM on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases.
- Drive customer-specific campaigns to maintain regular engagements and spread awareness about the ROI of the investment made.

**Skills**
- Strong track record of sales with experience in renewals in a quota-carrying environment
- Must be able to follow internal processes and comply with policy.
- Must be able to communicate and work with remote teams.
Ability to pick up technology and effectively communicate business value proposition.
- Track record of attaining goals in a high-volume transactional business
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize depending on current business objectives.
- Sales mind-set and Hunter attitude
- Ability to effectively negotiate in both challenging and collaborative sales engagements is a must.
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize opportunities to ensure effective and timely follow-up.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Effective use of customer information, sales resources and database to maximize productivity.
- Experience in B2B Sales

Must be motivated, flexible and a self-starter mentality.

**Education**

Minimum Bachelor s Degree or equivalent combination of education.

Excellent written and verbal English communications skills are required.
