Job Description: Executive Sales Support
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the International Sales Team to create country wise MIS/reports for effective monitoring of target versus actual performance of the sales team / GSAs. Support implementation of agreed sales initiatives
- Provide support and guidance to the local GSA sales team, with the objective of achieving their revenue targets.
- Provide timely and actionable MIS to Sales Managers/ GSAs ensuring that the revenues remain on track.
- Provide regular updates on forecast forward loads to facilitate effective sales planning to generate incremental revenue through tactical campaigns.
- Ensure that GSAs/ markets/ agents are abreast of all the communication / updates and provide efficient services to agents in accordance with their business model. Services to include information on schedule, pricing, promotional schemes, changes in policies and other product updates.
- Maintain close co-ordination across all departments like accounts, IT, Revenue etc
- Ensure compliance of all policies laid down for effective business operations at all levels.
- Provide any other support to sales.
Qualification and Skills:
• Bachelors degree in Aviation, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in airline/travel background. Freshers with a passion for the airline industry are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office is preferred (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of airline fares, Sky speed or GDS is a plus.
