**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records.
- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our water purification products and services.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to office activities and client interactions.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with different departments to facilitate communication and ensure cohesive operations within the company.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative role, preferably within the water purification or related industry.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Working Conditions**:
- **Hours**: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Location**: Tirupur new bus stand
