Job Role: Admin Associate Experience: 1yr
Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized Admin Associate to oversee daily administrative operations. This role is essential in ensuring efficient office management, compliance, and coordination across departments. The Admin Associate will play a crucial role in supporting HR, finance, procurement, and vendor management activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Maintain office supplies, oversee facility management, and handle vendor coordination.
- HR Support: Assist with employee documentation, onboarding, payroll, and attendance tracking
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all records, contracts, and compliance requirements are up to date.
- Finance & Accounting: Process invoices, assist with budget tracking, and manage petty cash transactions.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Handle purchasing, negotiate vendor contracts, and track expenses.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize company meetings, team events, and training sessions.
- Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate reports for senior management and assist with audits.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1yr of experience in office administration, HR, or finance roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with HR policies, accounting software, and procurement processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
