Job Role: Office Admin & Social Media Handler (Female)
Candiate Location : Nearby Pandiyan Nagar (First Prefernce)
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office admin tasks (calls, customer follow-ups, maintaining records).
- Manage telecalling and respond to customer inquiries.
- Post and update content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Reply to messages, comments, and maintain customer engagement.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders and updates.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English.
- Basic knowledge of social media handling.
- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Experience in admin/telecalling/social media will be an added advantage.
