Experience Required: Above 3- 7 years experience in Admin department.

The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by monitoring and implementing safety policies, conducting training, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with statutory safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities1. Safety Compliance & Monitoring

  • Ensure the workplace complies with all safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
  • Identify unsafe acts/conditions and recommend corrective actions.

2. Incident & Accident Management

  • Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe incidents.
  • Prepare detailed incident/accident reports with root cause analysis.
  • Track and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

3. Safety Training & Awareness

  • Conduct safety induction training for new employees.
  • Provide regular safety training such as PPE usage, fire safety, machine safety, first aid, etc.
  • Conduct toolbox talks/briefings on a daily or weekly basis.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and statutory documents.
  • Prepare monthly safety reports for management review.
  • Assist in preparing emergency response plans.

5. Personal Protective Equipment

  • Ensure availability, issuance, and proper usage of PPE by all employees.
  • Monitor PPE compliance at all work areas.

6. Emergency Preparedness

  • Conduct emergency drills (fire, evacuation, first aid).
  • Coordinate with external agencies like fire service, hospitals, and safety consultants.
  • Maintain first-aid kits and firefighting equipment.

7. Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with the Production, Maintenance, HR, and Admin teams to enforce safety practices.
  • Communicate safety observations and improvement plans to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
