**Job description**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Interact with internal teams, phone and building personnel as needed
- Self-starter with the ability to take direction but also demonstrate initiative and work well independently.
- keeping accurate stock of office supplies, equipment and furniture and placing orders whenever needed
- supervising staff members and delegating administrative responsibilities.
- managing and coordinating meetings, appointments and schedules
- maintaining office files and paperwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principle
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
