**Experience Required**:Above 0 - 2 years experience in Admin department.
**Job Summary**
The Admin executive is responsible for various administrative functions in a têxtile factory, including housekeeping, canteen operations and transport management. This role requires strong organizational skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations in these areas. Admin Assistant will collaborate with different departments to maintain a safe and well-maintained working environment for all employees.
**Primary Roles and Responsibilities**
- Implement housekeeping procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the factory.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to established protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors (Scavengers) for specialized cleaning services as required.
- Oversee the daily operations of the canteen, ensuring Proper quantity, quality of the meals, cleanliness, on time delivery and adherence to food safety standards.
- Address employee feedback or complaints related to food promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Investigate and report any security incidents, accidents, or breaches promptly to HR Managers and Admin Assistant Manager.
- Use the odometer software to maintain and track the mileage of both goods and passenger vehicles.
- Generate a fuel request slip for transport team.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and employee training sessions.
- Liaise with other departments and managers to ensure effective coordination and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
**Requisite Skills**
- Proficient in using MS Office suite and familiarity with office equipment like printers and copiers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while also functioning well in a team environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
