**Profile Introduction**:
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees and manages the housekeeping team to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, orderly, and well-maintained. This role involves coordinating daily housekeeping activities, training and supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Assign tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff, ensuring coverage and quality of service.
- Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Conduct ongoing training and performance evaluations to enhance staff skills and productivity.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
- Address any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.

**Profile Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or management is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
