As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our impeccable standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay in a pristine environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and orderliness across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to established protocols and high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary to sustain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any housekeeping-related issues efficiently.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards, implementing best practices for a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Proficiency in inventory management and familiarity with housekeeping software/systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the resort's operational needs.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance within the department.
- Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
