Profile Introduction:
Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and become an integral part of delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within our hotel/resort environment. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and promptly address any issues.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, assigning duties, and monitoring performance to ensure efficient operation of the housekeeping department.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to address guest requests and resolve any maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring adherence to all hotel/resort policies and procedures.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards and achieving high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment used in the hospitality industry.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Languages: English, Marathi, Hindi.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
