**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with resort standards.
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a meticulous environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to guarantee cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to facilitate efficient operations.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
