- Strong experience in Inventory Management And good knowledge towel arts.

Education:

- Diploma / Degree In Hotel Management OR Related.

Eligibility : Only Males

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Supervisor where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure that our facilities are pristine, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:Oversee and lead the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

Provide guidance and training to housekeeping staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Quality Control**:Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.

Address and rectify any deficiencies in cleaning procedures.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:Develop and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and special cleaning projects.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor and control the usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Place orders for housekeeping supplies as needed.
- **Guest Satisfaction**:Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services.

Implement corrective actions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- **Training and Development**:Conduct training sessions for new and existing housekeeping staff.

Keep abreast of industry trends and implement best practices to improve overall housekeeping efficiency.**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and handling procedures.
- Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints effectively.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Language's : English Hindi And Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
