**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. If you have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude, we’d love to have you on our team
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
Process orders, refunds, and service requests efficiently.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
**Requirements**:
Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,571.93 - ₹18,000.00 per month
