- Total 4 Years experience in debt recovery, Collection.
- Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in related filed.

Skill set:

- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Empathy and the ability to handle difficult and sensitive conversations professionally.
- Proficiency in using debt collection software and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A commitment to ethical debt collection practices.

**Profile Introduction:

A Recovery Executive plays a crucial role in recovering outstanding debts and ensuring the timely collection of payments from clients, customers, or borrowers. They use their communication and negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial solutions while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

**Responsibility:

- **
- **Debt Collection**: Contact individuals or businesses with overdue accounts to initiate the debt recovery process.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate payment terms, settlement offers, or repayment plans with debtors, while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing debtor inquiries, explaining terms, and helping them understand their financial obligations.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, payment arrangements, and account status in the company's database.
- **Compliance**: Stay informed about and adhere to relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit reports on debt recovery progress and results to management.
