
Sales Executive

Develop and implement effective credit control and receivables management strategies.
- Monitor and manage outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection from clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships to facilitate smooth recovery processes.
- Coordinate with the finance and legal departments for follow-ups on overdue payments.
- Prepare reports on collection status and suggest improvements to enhance recovery efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines in recovery operations.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans for credit control and receivables management.
- Assist in contract negotiation to ensure proper payment terms and conditions.
- Conduct field visits to clients as necessary to ensure successful collections.
- Work closely with the sales and accounts teams to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong knowledge of credit control and receivables management techniques and collection processes.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle client interactions professionally.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, or related industries.
- Experience in handling credit control and receivables management, client negotiations, and contract management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
