Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals who are eager to build a career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

Promote and sell the company's products/services through presentations and client meetings.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Preferred Qualification:

MBA in Marketing or any Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Candidates from other disciplines with strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Experience:

0 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.

Required Skills:

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Work Environment:

Office-based.
