**Job description**
**Qualification**:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
**Total Years Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the real estate industry CRM management or a related role.
3 to 6 years experience in Real Estate sector.
**Role & responsibilities**:
- **Documentation and Compliance**:Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of customer recovery cases. Monitor compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to effective communication with other departments that impact the customer recovery function**.**:
- **Customer Recovery Performance**:Monitor and contribute to the overall success rate of recovering customers and resolving their issues. Support the team in achieving recovery targets.
- **Team Support and Development**:Assist in leading and developing the customer recovery team.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify areas for improvement in the customer recovery process. Actively participate in implementing changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recovery procedures.
- **Technology Utilization**:
1. Leverage ERP software and other relevant technologies to enhance customer management processes.
2. Ensure the team is trained on and effectively using ERP tools.
**Tools / Software / Application**:
- CRM software
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, including property values, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
