**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **System Maintenance**: Monitor and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems, to ensure high availability and performance.
- **Technical Support**: Provide efficient technical support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- **Data Security**: Implement and enforce data security protocols to protect sensitive guest information and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Implement regular data backup procedures and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical information and ensure mínimal downtime.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, conducting regular audits and updates.
- **Technology Upgrades**: Stay informed about emerging technology trends and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance the hotel's IT capabilities.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with technology vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support services, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- **Documentation**: Create and update technical documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting manuals.
- **Project Management**: Assist in the planning and execution of IT-related projects, such as system upgrades, network expansions, and software implementations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
- Project management skills are desirable.
