**_Job Description_**
**Key Responsibilities**
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
Working on analytics for company's growth based on current and future markets
Identifies product improvements or new products based on feedback from industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Prepare Sales report by analyzing and summarizing information
Record sales and order information and report the same to the Concern departments, and maintain customer’s record
Promotion of products, call management etc.
Interpreting and Coordinating customer requirements to respective Dept
Lead generation, cold calling, dispatch planning,& payment collection, sales through recovery activities
Activities like receiving enquiry, technical query handling, quotation, commercial negotiation for finalising and closing orders
Communication regarding order forecasting with production and purchase team
