**Job Title: Customer Care Executive**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Assist with documentation and reports related to customer interactions
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily goals and targets
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Pay**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
