**Job Type**: Full-time

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented **Customer Care Executive** who is fluent in **Hindi** and has strong **English typing** skills. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Provide detailed product or service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, including customer information and service details.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
- Work closely with other teams to resolve complex issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fluent in **Hindi** (written and spoken).
- Good command of **English** with excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems.
