**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and personable **Customer Care Executive** to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an overall positive customer experience. You will work closely with various departments to provide timely and effective solutions, fostering long-term customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and troubleshooting support.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.
- **Follow-Up**: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work with other teams (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve customer queries or escalate unresolved issues.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and relay customer feedback to the appropriate departments to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- **Maintain Service Standards**: Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- **Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, customer care, or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
