Profile: Customer Care Representative

Job Description
- Voice process ( English, Empathic listener and persuasive speaker)
- Good Typing Speed and computer literate.
- Rotational shift and week off.
- 8 hour working. 1 hour break.
- 6 days working 1 rotational week off.
- After joining, no planned leaves will be allowed for the next three months, except for the scheduled Weekly Off.

Location: Indore

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Good English Communication skills required.
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
