**Position**: Customer Care Representative (Non-voice) International Process

**Location**:Indore (On-site)

**Experience Required**: 0 to 1 year

**Qualification**:Graduate or Undergraduate can apply

**Key Responsibilities**:
**2. Provide Product/Service Information**: Offer detailed and clear information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.

**3. Manage Communications**: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound messages and calls to ensure effective communication with customers.

**4. Handle Multiple Interactions**: Juggle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, ensuring each customer receives attention and assistance.

**5. Maintain Customer Records**: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system to maintain detailed records.

**6. Collaborate with Departments**:Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.

**7. Stay Updated**: Continuously update knowledge on products, services, and industry trends to provide the best support to customers. Provide Product/Service Information: Offer detailed and clear information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in database management and MS Office suite.
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
