- **Kitchen Management**:Oversee kitchen operations, assigning tasks to kitchen staff, ensuring timely food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- **Staff Training**:Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, Indian culinary traditions, and food presentation.
- **Quality Control**:Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, ensuring consistency and taste accuracy of dishes.
- **Plate Presentation**:Arrange food aesthetically on plates to enhance visual appeal and reflect the culinary art of Indian cuisine.
