We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products/services.
- Provide accurate information about our offerings and address customer inquiries.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for call volume and lead conversion.
- Handle customer objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve scripts and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
