**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive (Female)

**Location**: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services to customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure successful closure.
- Maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in tele sales or a similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong ability to close sales.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM
