**Roles and Responsibilities of a Telecaller**:

- Travel within Indore and nearby cities will be required to visit schools, colleges, and other institutions as needed.
- Make outbound calls to potential students who have expressed interest in the institute’s training programs.
- Explain course details, benefits, and job guarantee programs.
- Contribute to achieving overall student enrollment goals
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into enrolled students.
- Handle inbound calls from prospective students and address their queries promptly.
- Collaborate with team members.

**Qualifications and Skills of a Telecaller**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Active listening and attention to detail abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing scripts and strategies.
- Effective time management skills.
- Spontaneous thinking abilities to resolve students queries.
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative when necessary.
- Capable of representing the company professionally.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Schedule**: 9-hour day shift (Mon-Fri)

**Pay**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
