- Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure "high client satisfaction"
- Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment

Required Background
- Post-Graduation in Finance (MBA, CFA, CA etc.) or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience of 2+ years supporting Investment banking division of a bank, consulting firm, boutique firm, advisory firm
- Experience on working primarily qualitative work as well as quantitative work
- Ability to work on complex jobs independently
- Strong communication skills to engage with the client and managing workflow
