**Job Type**: Full-time, Office-based

**Responsibilities**:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and targets for customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Continuously seek to improve knowledge of the company's products and services to better assist customers.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) and proficiency in English for internal communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with customer service software, CRMs, and contact center systems is preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
