**Key roles and responsibilities**:
**Customer Relationship Building and Customer Retention**: Maintaining good relations with clients, providing assistance and answering their FAQ’s based on company policies
**Product Support**:Through collaboration with Product/Tech teams, provide product / tech support to the clients
**Maintain Customer Sheet **- Maintaining customer data in excel sheets in the most methodical way. Updating all statuses in the records
**Increase churn rate**: Working with the business development team on cross selling & upselling opportunities.
**CSAT**: Ensure high customer satisfaction scores, manage customer status, create a company-wide customer feedback loop.
**Learning System Management - **Enrolling/Unenrolling users, managing their status, uploading worksheets and other curriculum related content
**Project Planning**: Ensure weekly status updates.
**Manage Customer Enhancement Requests**: Work closely with product/tech teams to explore the feasibility of technical enhancement requests.
**Internal Coordination**: Coordination with other function heads and teachers for any ad hoc requirements of classes

A minimum of one year experience in an edtech in operations
Sound functional knowledge of google sheets
Are tech savvy to be able to onboard clients, upload curriculum content on our system and resolve any technical issues faced by them with the help of the tech team
Detail oriented approach towards maintaining all records and important events to be managed
Well-organized self-starter with an excellent work ethic and a desire to learn
Good written and verbal communication to be able to communicate with clients on phone and
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various teams with varying backgrounds and skill sets.
Able to provide flexibility in working hours as per the requirements
6 days working. May be required to work on Sundays and instead keep a week day off
Work from office job. Working hours 11 AM to 8 PM
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
