**Job Description: Customer Service & Vendor Onboarding Executive**
**Location**:New Delhi (Onsite)
**Employment Type**:Full-time
**Qualification**:Minimum Graduation (MBA Preferred)
**Experience**:2-4 years in customer service and vendor management (D2C/Healthcare preferred)
**Roles & Responsibilities**
**1. Customer Service (D2C Brand)**:
- Assist with order placement, tracking, refunds, and exchanges.
- Ensure quick response time and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer database, track feedback, and implement loyalty programs.
- Work with the marketing team to execute WhatsApp-based promotions and engagement campaigns.
**2. Vendor Empanelment & Onboarding (Healthcare Services)**:
- Identify and onboard new healthcare service providers (labs, clinics, wellness centers, specialists, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end vendor empanelment, including contracts, compliance, and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Ensure vendors meet quality and service standards.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs to optimize cost efficiency.
- Track vendor performance, feedback, and issue resolution.
**Key Skills Required**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Excel.
- Experience in customer handling and vendor relationship management.
- Ability to manage high interaction volumes and coordinate across teams.
- Background in D2C or healthcare vendor management preferred.
