**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative (Russian) - Travel Project
**Job Location**: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
**Mode of Hiring**: Permanent with Concentrix (Employment Pass provided for 2 years)
**Start Date**: Mid to End of September
**Headcount**: 5 positions available
**Job Overview**:
Concentrix is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives fluent in Russian for our Travel Project. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support via calling and chat processes. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat inquiries, in Russian and English.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve performance metrics, including KPIs.
- Accurately document and update customer records in the system.
- Work in collaboration with team members and provide support where needed.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; experience in the airline industry is preferred.
- **Language Skills**: Native Russian speaker with a minimum English proficiency of B2 level.
- **Passport**: Valid for at least the next 14 months.
- **Documentation**: All required documents should be translated to English and attested by the relevant embassy.
- **Nationality**: Open to any nationality fluent in Russian and English.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- **Night Shift Allowance**:
- RM 11 per hour for the first 5 hours from 11 PM.
- RM 16 per hour for hours exceeding 6 hours from 11 PM.
- **KPI Bonus**: Up to 400 MYR.
- **Employment Pass**: Provided for 2 years.

- 3 rounds of interviews, including a language assessment focusing on speaking proficiency.
