**Job Title**: Incharge - Procurements and Vendor Management
**Location**: Our office in Ecotech VI, Greater Noida
**Type**: Full-Time | On-Site
**Salary**: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 28,000 per month (depending on experience)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to lead procurement and vendor coordination at Studio Covers. This role involves managing stocks, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the timely sourcing and purchasing of materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory of ready and raw stock
- Oversee quality checks of all incoming raw materials
- Handle end-to-end purchase processes
- Source fabrics, trims, and other materials as per production needs
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain records of procurement and vendor communications

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Proficient in using Excel and maintaining purchase records
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple vendors
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Full working proficient in English and Hindi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
