**Sourcing and Supplier Management**: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms. Ensure that contracts align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor and control procurement costs, seeking opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality standards. Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure a continuous and reliable supply of goods and services.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Stay abreast of changes in procurement laws and standards.
- **Order Processing**: Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to delivery. Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders.
- **Vendor Performance Evaluation**: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, delivery time, and cost.

**Salary**: From ₹14,000.00 per month
