Paytm is India s leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company Pioneer of the mobile QR payments revolution in India Paytm builds technologies that help small businesses with payments and commerce Paytm s mission is to serve half a billion Indians and bring them to the mainstream economy with the help of technology Key Responsibilities IT Procurement Management Lead end-to-end procurement activities for IT hardware software services and infrastructure Prepare and issue RFPs RFQs and RFIs to potential IT vendors Vendor Supplier Management Identify evaluate and onboard IT suppliers in the procurement system Build and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors and service providers Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations Sourcing Negotiation Source competitive quotations for IT products and services Negotiate pricing terms and conditions to achieve cost savings and value for money Purchase Requisition Order Processing Review and validate IT-related purchase requisitions from internal departments Convert approved PRs into POs and follow up with vendors for order confirmation and timely delivery Compliance Documentation Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies IT governance and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records of procurement agreements contracts and vendor communications Reporting Analytics Maintain procurement MIS and trackers for IT spend vendor performance and contract lifecycle Provide regular reports and insights to management on IT procurement metrics We may use artificial intelligence AI tools to support parts of the hiring process such as reviewing applications analyzing resumes or assessing responses These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans If you would like more information about how your data is processed please contact us
